What's up beautiful people^^ It's your girl Quinnie here. I just got back from a little vacation back home in Vietnam (will be updated later I promise :D) just a few days ago. It's just lovely how Toronto welcome me back with sunshine and breeze. Oh yeah summer finally here kids better not spend a day wasted (It's a guilt to the weather you know). So what could be a better idea than going to one of the most favorited, not- to -be missed spot for Torontonian. and I gotta admit, I got a soft spot for all thing water involved : island, beach, spring, pool, lake and puddle lol you name it.
Ok let's get into it
1.The entrance fee for each at the door: $8.15 byferry (run every 15 min back and forth)
The lastest drive to go back to the mainland is at 11pm . If you wanted to be Robinson of Toronto Island, you can ignore it lol.
2. What to do?
- Game : all kinds of in-house and outdoor games, amusement rides especially for kids under 12 yep. so totally safe
Most worth to try activities:
- Rent a bike
- Amusement Rides
- Nude Beach ^^
- Lay yourself on the sandy beach
A nice set of Islands but disappointed about how the areas were water logged. We saw swans and fishes hang around the flooded ground which was a first. (Thought pad sliding and fish catching in the flooded neighbor area is a Vietnamese thing) The ferry ride gave us a good view looking back at the city , nice and tranquil away from the city. Definitely worth a visit.
CN Tower view from the ferry
Pack some healthy snacks and drinks if you don’t comfort food stall here.
On my way back to the mainland for food 👩🏻
